REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions of Use and Purchase.
In the event of a conflict between this policy and our terms and conditions, our terms and conditions will apply.
We want every Test that you attempt to purchase from us to match your expectations.

As such we do not have a refund policy, however if there is a technical error in any case.

We simply ask that you follow these guidelines to help us process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible:

  1. Please keep your confirmation email. This confirms your original order and gives us the necessary details to authorize the refund.Contact our Customer Services Team on info@adnacgroup.com.
  2. Contact our Customer Services Team on info@adnacgroup.com.
  3. Once our technical team validates the technical issue, a clarification shall be sent and in event of a technical issue, money may be refunded or a fresh testing link at no extra cost may be provided.
  4. The testing has a time limit and it should be followed no refund can be provided for low net connectivity or slow understanding.
  5. If there is an apprehension of understanding any question within the time frame then we need to be notified at info@adnacgroup.com. However this needs to be done within 24 hours of registering for any test.

CANCELLATION

You can use the following cancellation form:

* If you supply notice of cancellation to us during the cancellation period and the services have not commenced (you have not begun the test) then we will refund the price paid for such services to you.

* If the services have been completed before you supplied notice of cancellation then you will remain liable for the full cost of the services supplied.

* Cancellation of purchased tests can be applied for within 72 hours ( maximum cancellation time frame).
